What you'll do

• Oversee radiology workflow, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
• support X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other imaging services
• monitor patient flow, turnaround times, and performance
• lead, train, and evaluate staff
• ensure compliance with ACR, Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA, radiation safety, and applicable regulations
• oversee quality assurance and equipment quality control
• assist with budgets, labor, supplies, and KPIs
• coordinate equipment maintenance, vendor service, and upgrades
• address patient concerns and service recovery.
