What you'll do

• Support residents with personal care, household tasks, meal planning and preparation, communication, basic financial management, and community integration
• assist with social and leisure activities, appointments, and transportation
• administer and document medications
• provide physical assistance as needed
• document daily progress
• communicate health concerns and needs
• liaise with families and visitors
• secure the home and report maintenance needs
• follow individual plans of care
• provide awake overnight supervision when scheduled.
