It also supports safe kitchen operations through sanitation, food storage, inventory assistance, and coordination with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, dietary requirements, and resident preferences
• serve meals on time with attention to quality, portion control, and presentation
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• store and handle food supplies properly
• assist with inventory tracking
• report shortages or order needs
• respond to dietary requests
• and assist with training kitchen staff as needed.
