What you'll do

• Lead driver onboarding and training
• teach route operations, customer service, safety, product knowledge, and sales
• conduct ride-alongs and coaching
• evaluate readiness and create development plans
• supervise and mentor drivers
• coordinate route coverage
• monitor performance and customer service
• enforce safety policies and DOT regulations
• review inspections and documentation
• maintain training records and metrics
• assist with recruiting and workforce planning.
