The Assistant Community Manager — Hello Apartments role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour. The role supports Peak Living’s apartment community operations under the direction of the Community Manager. The assistant helps coordinate associates, customer service, leasing, marketing, resident retention, lease paperwork, collections, and community income. The work supports occupancy, collections, and day-to-day operations while helping maintain resident relationships and community performance.

What you'll do

• Support the Community Manager in supervising community associates and organizing operations
• assist with customer service, leasing, and marketing
• prepare new and renewal lease paperwork
• recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions
• review resident files and accounting records
• communicate about outstanding balances and implement collection procedures
• support resident loyalty and retention
• collect, post, and deposit rents and other income
• help manage occupancy, collections, and budgets.
