Machine Operator

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Tempe, AZ. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Global Thermoforming manufactures plastic products and is seeking an operator for its manufacturing team. The operator sets up and monitors thermoforming equipment, handles materials and tooling, and checks parts against quality and dimensional requirements. The role supports safe, reliable production by following work instructions, recording results, and reporting defects or equipment issues.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming and related manufacturing equipment
• load and unload materials, tooling, molds, and finished parts
• follow work instructions, production schedules, and specifications
• inspect parts for quality and dimensions
• identify and report defects or production issues
• use hand tools and measuring equipment
• maintain production and quality records
• follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
