Direct Care Staff

The Direct Care Staff role is an onsite position located in Fairmont, MN. The pay is $20.00 per hour. This role supports the REM Community Services department, which provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role exists to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with complex needs. The staff member helps participants develop daily living skills, encourages community integration, and fosters meaningful relationships to promote independence and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, help participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and take initiative to help participants engage in community activities.
