What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, community outings, and social activities
• follow person-centered plans and routines
• document services
• assist with medications when trained and authorized
• maintain a safe home environment
• and provide suctioning or tube-feeding support only when properly trained and authorized. Backup or on-call shifts may be covered based on availability.
