What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and direct nursing functions
• provide individualized bedside care to pre- and post-surgery patients
• initiate patient education and care plans
• assess and respond to clinical changes
• implement physician orders and administer medications and intravenous solutions
• document and report care
• coordinate discharge planning
• support infection control, safety, quality improvement, and personnel orientation.
