Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Lynn, MA, with a schedule of Monday and Tuesday 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Thursday 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. (38 hours per week). Compensation is $22.65 per hour. Bridgewell supports people with developmental and psychiatric disabilities and works to empower people facing life challenges.

What you'll do

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care
• check vital signs and weight
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• support medical, clinical, and financial needs
• transport individuals to activities and appointments
• maintain progress notes and annual assessments
• participate in Individual Service Plan meetings
• support community access
• administer medications under MAP regulations
• and maintain required training certifications.

Why this role

The role requires current Massachusetts Nursing Assistant Certification and at least one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities; a bachelor's degree may substitute for CNA certification based on experience.
