What you'll do
- Handle inbound policy changes, endorsements, certificates, ID cards, billing questions, and coverage inquiries. Manage renewals and proactively contact clients to review coverage and identify gaps
- conduct warm transfers
- respond to phone, email, and text communications
- monitor renewal risks and reach out to clients not contacted in over 90 days. Document interactions, guide clients through first notice of loss, liaise with carriers on claims, follow up on claim progress, and surface rounding opportunities to the agent.
