What you'll do

• Lead and mentor regional providers and wound technicians
• implement and monitor wound-care and regenerative-treatment protocols
• oversee care quality, chart reviews, audits, and outcome assessments
• manage clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and resources across facilities
• develop staff training
• monitor performance metrics and quality-improvement initiatives
• ensure regulatory, HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and safety compliance
• maintain relationships with patients, providers, facilities, and regional partners.

Why this role
