What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs
• recommend additional items as appropriate and apply selling behaviors
• support the shopping environment and store sales initiatives
• keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines
• stock and restock merchandise and move products from the stockroom to the sales floor
• support sales, profit, and shrinkage-reduction goals
• address guest questions and concerns and escalate issues to a keyholder
• follow inventory-control, loss-prevention, safety, and company policies.
