What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• schedule appointments using OCHIN/Epic by phone and face to face
• provide front desk coverage
• register patients and assist with forms
• update registration information and verify insurance
• assist with Release of Information forms and financial-assistance scheduling
• collect payments and process insurance card payments
• communicate ride schedule changes
• maintain a clean, welcoming workstation
• assist with rotating extended clinic-hour coverage.

Why this role
