What you'll do

• Follow case-manager instructions
• review case materials before investigative activity
• conduct video surveillance and obtain covert footage
• complete assigned recorded statements, scene inspections, activity checks, and document collection
• write timely case notes
• submit video, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day
• meet client deadlines
• communicate with case managers
• maintain confidentiality.
