The Assembly/Production Associate – Hose Assembly role is onsite in Wilmington, NC. Pay is $18.00 per hour, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. iBoost Talent is recruiting for a hands-on manufacturing team. The role assembles and prepares industrial hose products according to established procedures and quality standards. It supports production by completing component preparation, inspection, packaging, and other repetitive hands-on tasks while learning multiple assembly processes.

What you'll do

• Assemble and prepare industrial hose products
• follow work instructions and quality standards
• measure, cut, assemble, clean, label, and package components
• use hand tools and production equipment after training
• inspect finished products
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• support production needs as part of a team
• learn additional assembly processes as training progresses.
