What you'll do

• Provide first-line hardware, software, and network support
• install, configure, and upgrade components
• troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and network devices
• assist with upgrades, patches, and security software
• maintain client documentation
• monitor backup operations
• collaborate with clients
• log work in a ticketing system
• escalate unresolved issues
• perform on-site support and installations as required
• support accounts, permissions, security, remote assistance, disaster recovery, networking, email, and workstation systems.
