Job overview

The Coach role is onsite in Arlington, VA. Compensation starts at $28 per class; after three months of scheduled coaching, coaches may have the opportunity to earn a percentage of total class revenue based on performance. The coach leads [solidcore]’s signature 50-minute, low-impact, high-intensity strength classes. The role guides clients through workouts, teaches use of resistance-based machines, and provides personalized support and motivation. Coaches help create an inclusive fitness space and build relationships within the studio and fitness community.

What you'll do

• Lead clients through signature 50-minute classes and educate them on resistance-based machines.
• Provide support and motivation to clients with differing skill levels.
• Participate in team meetings and events, learn techniques and best practices, build relationships with clients and the fitness community, embody the brand, and help create a welcoming and inclusive fitness space.
• Meet availability requirements including at least 15 weekday availability hours, coaching at least six classes, one full weekend day, and at least three holidays per year.
