The role owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned higher-complexity positions, employee-relations intake and documentation, onboarding and offboarding workflows, and quality review of entry-tier HR work. It supports compliant, consistent HR operations and recruiting outcomes; payroll is handled by the Senior HR Generalist.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, compliant job listings, phone screens, structured interviews, conditional offers, background checks, pre-employment screening coordination, and recruiting metrics. Lead intake and objective documentation of employee-relations matters and support investigations under HR leadership. Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, including orientation, I-9 and required documentation, exit documentation and interviews, and tracking access and equipment returns. Review entry-tier HR recruiting, onboarding, and personnel-file documentation
• provide first-level sign-off, serve as first escalation point, and coach entry-tier staff. Maintain HR metrics reporting, support audit preparation, and escalate certification expirations before lapse. Payroll is not part of this role.
