NovaSource Power Services provides operations and maintenance services to renewable-energy asset owners, supporting their renewable energy goals. The manager oversees photovoltaic plant operations and maintenance to meet contractual, safety, environmental, quality, reliability, and budget objectives. The role leads site personnel and coordinates operational performance, maintenance planning, compliance, and improvement efforts across plant activities.

What you'll do

• Manage plant operations under the O&M agreement and approved budget
• oversee site personnel, staffing, training, morale, and safety
• ensure contract, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with central support groups to reduce unplanned downtime and identify improvements
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance, spare parts, and Maximo asset-management records
• lead work groups and plant evolutions
• perform 24-hour on-call duty and travel as regional needs require.

Why this role
