Compensation is $29–$30 per year. The Master Mechanic is an onsite role based in Percival, IA, supporting Cargill's plant operations. 40-$30.40 per hour, and this position supports the food enterprise team in maintaining critical production equipment. This role exists to ensure the safety and reliability of plant operations by performing complex maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems. The Master Mechanic contributes to team success by maintaining equipment, documenting work, and upholding safety and food quality standards.

What you'll do

• Perform complex preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use hand, power, and precision tools.
• Review schematics and manuals to modify equipment.
• Document work in a CMMS.
• Support food safety and housekeeping standards.
