Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What you'll do

• Create and post openings in the applicant tracking system
• track applicant sources and maintain candidate records
• review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
• host onsite candidates
• arrange candidate travel when needed
• maintain recruiting reports and applicant flow logs
• update job descriptions
• maintain talent pools
• support outreach partnerships and track related compliance documentation
• communicate interview status and next steps.
