What you'll do

• Contact clients after live transfers from intake
• schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance
• request and file police reports
• initiate claims
• send Letters of Representation to insurers
• maintain organized case files for two to three weeks
• communicate and promote the firm's services.
