What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals using posted menus and standardized recipes
• follow production sheets and instructions
• prepare special dietary and texture-modified foods as directed
• monitor food temperature, taste, and quality
• maintain sanitary work areas and comply with food-handling policies
• operate dishwashing equipment
• protect resident information
• record equipment, food, and storage temperatures and production quantities
• rotate menus and production sheets.

Why this role

Full-time shifts may vary between 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and 11 a.m.–7 p.m. High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience required; current ServSafe certificate or ability to complete sanitation training required.
