Production Packaging Operator — Night Shift

The Production Packaging Operator — Night Shift role is onsite in Columbia City, OR. Pay starts at $19–$21 per hour. Lignetics Group makes products from recycled sawdust, including heating pellets, BBQ pellets, and animal bedding. The operator rotates between baler and bagging operations to keep production moving, package finished products, and support quality checks. The role also contributes to safe, organized production and assists other production areas as directed.

What you'll do

• Operate baler and bagging machinery safely
• stack, seal, weigh, and wrap bales and pallets
• enter production and quality-control information
• operate shrink-wrap equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers
• move finished goods to warehouse locations
• collect pellet samples and apply quality-control labels
• report material concerns
• maintain a clean workstation
• assist with pellet mill start-up and shutdown as directed.
