Area Property Manager

• Oversee property operations, financial performance, and resident experience
• hire, train, and develop community managers
• conduct site visits and inspections
• monitor compliance files and affordable-housing requirements
• prepare budgets and review financial variances
• address occupancy, collections, and resident retention
• coordinate audits and inspections
• and support lease-ups and property marketing.
