The Receptionist role is onsite in Beacon, NY, with pay of $16 per hour. The schedule is per diem or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Beacon is part of The McGuire Group and provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. The receptionist serves as a first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, supporting daily administration and facility security while helping maintain a welcoming and organized environment.

What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and manage sign-in and sign-out
• monitor entrances and follow security procedures
• answer and direct calls
• perform typing, copying, filing, and mail distribution
• maintain office supplies and resident directories
• prepare documents
• assist with resident transportation and facility entry or exit
• use the intercom for announcements and paging
• attend required training.
