What you'll do

• Manage subcontractor lifecycle and contract execution
• review prime contract requirements and flow-down provisions
• monitor subcontract values, change orders, retainage, insurance, and closeout requirements
• administer payment terms and funding status
• validate invoices and payment applications
• manage lien waivers and releases
• coordinate prequalification and performance reviews
• maintain records and reporting
• develop dashboards, workflows, controls, training, and escalation paths
• lead or supervise subcontract administration personnel as the function grows.
