IT Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues
• troubleshoot and document support tickets
• support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, desktops, software, browsers, and printers
• travel to sites to troubleshoot tunnel outages, Wi-Fi, tablets, POS systems, kiosks, scanners, cameras, and related equipment
• coordinate vendor and ISP tickets
• maintain spare equipment and support basic network troubleshooting.
