What you'll do

• Clean and monitor trash and recycling areas
• maintain exterior common areas, walkways, breezeways, and amenities
• remove litter and pet waste
• assist with pressure washing, minor landscaping, and minor work orders
• support unit punch walks
• deliver notices or packages when requested
• assist onsite vendors
• and report hazards and maintenance concerns.
