What you'll do

• Handle check-ins, phone inquiries, sales, customer care calls, change requests, and membership agreements
• open the studio and lead the assigned shift, including weekends
• build relationships with local businesses, referral partners, and prospects
• educate guests and conduct virtual and in-person tours
• manage leads and outbound calls using the CRM
• create social media content
• follow up with members
• maintain studio cleanliness and towel supplies
• support events and promotions.
