What you'll do

• Evaluate requisitions and supplier quotes
• issue RFQs and select qualified suppliers
• negotiate non-standard purchase pricing
• analyze inventory and optimize freight and material costs
• create purchase orders
• track deliveries and resolve discrepancies
• coordinate receiving and invoice reconciliation
• process returns
• maintain ERP inventory records and procurement tasks
• monitor supplier performance.
