Collections Analyst

What you'll do

• Monitor aged accounts receivable and cash receipts
• prepare weekly status reports and monthly statements
• contact delinquent account holders and document collection activity
• respond to billing inquiries and disputes
• coordinate with attorneys, legal assistants, billers, and billing staff
• reconcile receivables and assist with month-end close
• maintain payment-plan and write-off records
• follow applicable collection laws
• identify trends and recommend process improvements.
