What you'll do

• Provide individual counseling and facilitate educational and counseling groups
• document activities in client records
• assess client strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences
• formulate diagnostic impressions using DSM criteria
• conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with clients
• share relevant case background with the clinical team
• coordinate services with community resources and referral sources
• provide behavioral health treatment and authorized crisis intervention
• maintain applicable licensure, registration, or certification.
