The Personal Care Aide (PCA), Pediatric Home Care role provides onsite care in clients’ homes in the Brandon, FL service area; compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The aide provides hands-on support with daily living, mobility, supervision, meals, and age-appropriate engagement, following the established plan of care under nursing supervision and reporting changes to a nurse or supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist pediatric clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers
• provide supervision
• assist with meal preparation and feeding as appropriate to the care plan
• encourage age-appropriate play and interaction
• follow the plan of care under nursing supervision
• observe and report changes
• maintain a clean care environment.
