What you'll do

• Create video content for NewSpring Church ministries and campuses
• conceptualize, shoot, and edit creative content
• contribute to pre-production, production, and post-production
• direct talent and manage shoots
• work with or lead project teams
• follow the Creative Team Process
• collaborate with the Creative Team and other ministries
• help maintain the in-house studio
• ideate and pitch video projects
• develop leadership by owning responsibilities in a ministry area.

Why this role

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Standard schedule includes Sunday 8:15 AM–1:00 PM, Monday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (offsite optional), Wednesday 1:00 PM–8:00 PM, and Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. A degree is preferred; the role is eligible for a housing allowance.
