Inside Sales Representative — HVAC

What you'll do

• Assist customers at the sales counter
• manage inbound phone orders and provide product and pricing information
• support online order entry and follow-up
• make customer sales or service calls and resolve complaints
• prepare quotes and process returns
• collaborate with outside sales, warehouse, and operations
• use suggestive selling and upselling
• maintain HVAC/R product knowledge
• perform inventory control and warranty administration
• research products and maintain showroom merchandise.
