The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL, on a part-time 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift. Pay is $32–$36 per hour. Cedarbrook Health & Rehab provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation experiences designed around individual needs. Under the Director of Nursing, the RN supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during the assigned shift. The role monitors care quality, addresses resident-care concerns, reports to nursing leadership, and coordinates services to support continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Monitor daily nursing care and evaluate staff performance under established policies
• plan and conduct shift staff meetings
• identify resident-care problems and implement corrective action
• provide reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing
• help coordinate nursing services with other resident services.

Why this role

Requires a current RN license in the state of employment, peripheral IV certification, two years of clinical nursing experience, one year in geriatrics or subacute care, and CPR/BLS certification. A BSN and one year of management experience are preferred.
