What you'll do

• Provide technical assistance to child-care providers, especially new programs
• conduct workshops, training, and presentations
• identify and recruit participants
• document technical assistance and quality-improvement projects
• contact providers to explain resources and services
• record training plans, delivery, and outcomes
• support compliance with organizational and contractual policies
• attend assigned meetings.
