The Lead Teaching Artist Assistant (TAA), 21st Century Community Learning Centers role is onsite in Ocoee, FL, at $19.30 per hour. The role helps deliver activities aligned with grant plans and school-day learning objectives while maintaining a safe, inclusive program environment.

What you'll do

• Provide small-group instruction, tutoring, and homework assistance
• support literacy, mathematics, and STREAM activities
• assist with classroom management
• supervise students during transitions, meals, and activities
• coordinate with program staff and teachers
• support project-based learning and arts integration
• track attendance and collect program data
• build positive student relationships
• participate in training and staff meetings.
