Community Liaison

The Community Liaison role is onsite in South Gate, CA, with training at Woodcraft Rangers’ main office in Little Tokyo and school sites. Pay is $20.97–$23.47 per hour. Woodcraft Rangers provides expanded learning programs for youth and aims to guide young people toward purposeful lives. The liaison supports after-school programs by building relationships with participants, families, and the community and maintaining accurate attendance and program information. The role helps keep students safe and engaged while supporting communication and coordination at the site.

What you'll do

• Support sign-in and sign-out procedures and parent communication
• maintain accurate attendance rosters and head counts
• monitor attendance and engagement
• organize registration forms and site information
• assist with reports and site events
• fill in for club leaders when needed
• follow safety and emergency protocols
• attend required staff development training
• may attend off-site field trips.
