What you'll do

• Prepare KPI reports and presentations
• identify and tier referring dentists
• plan and execute outreach to dental practices, schools, and community organizations
• coordinate lunches and learning events
• schedule social media content and respond to messages
• capture event data
• send patient email and text announcements
• update HubSpot
• assist with phone handling, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
