Total Rewards Manager

The Total Rewards Manager is a hybrid role with three days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO. Compensation is $120,000–$135,000 per year. The role supports Horizon Family Brands’ compensation, benefits, wellbeing, payroll, and related programs; Horizon Organic produces certified organic dairy products and works with more than 500 farmers across the United States. The manager designs and administers total rewards programs that support workforce attraction, engagement, and retention while aligning with business goals and legal requirements. The role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders and oversees payroll and benefits administration processes.

What you'll do

• Lead annual compensation planning and support incentive and bonus administration
• maintain salary structures, job architecture, and market benchmarking
• oversee benefits strategy, open enrollment, renewals, and vendors
• manage 401(k) compliance and administration
• oversee the Payroll & Benefits Specialist’s payroll work
• provide reporting on pay trends, pay equity, and benefits utilization
• ensure compliance with applicable laws and update policies.
