What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Consultants
• set expectations and hold the team accountable
• desk deals and maximize sales opportunities and profitability
• drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales
• conduct sales meetings and individual coaching
• monitor leads, appointments, and conversion metrics
• ensure CRM use and customer follow-up
• assist with trade appraisals and vehicle acquisition
• manage inventory aging, pricing, merchandising, and turn
• recruit, train, and retain consultants
• review KPIs and develop action plans.
