The Services Coordinator I — Willow Greenridge role is onsite in South San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $24.62–$27.70 per hour. MidPen Housing develops and manages affordable housing and coordinates onsite support programs for residents. The coordinator facilitates educational, wellness, and asset-building programs and builds connections among residents, community agencies, and service partners. The role responds to resident needs, supports community participation, and maintains program documentation and reporting.

What you'll do

• Deliver onsite programs and ensure compliance with standards
• conduct outreach to promote resident services
• prepare documentation for MidPen and external agencies
• provide low-to-moderate crisis intervention and follow mandated reporting procedures
• collaborate with community agencies and monitor partner services
• assist with needs assessments and follow-up
• participate in property planning, meetings, trainings, and events
• maintain records and reporting.

Schedule is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday through Friday, with at least one and potentially two or more evenings until 7:00 PM; travel between properties is required.
