What you'll do

• Provide technical support to dealers, technicians, boat owners, and Customer Service
• troubleshoot marine mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, fuel, and steering concerns
• evaluate warranty claims and recommend repairs
• create repair instructions, drawings, diagrams, schematics, and service bulletins
• document investigations and track cases
• coordinate with engineering, production, quality, suppliers, and customer service
• identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements.
