Routine checks, documentation, and coordination with emergency responders support a safe environment for residents and staff.

What you'll do

• Screen clients and visitors at the main entrance using a magnetometer and x-ray machine
• de-escalate crises and document interventions
• respond to incidents
• complete logs and reports
• contact first responders as directed
• perform operations-desk administrative and receptionist duties
• monitor video surveillance and fire alarm systems
• conduct resident and facility checks
• participate in fire drills
• and coordinate with NYPD, EMS, and NYFD as appropriate.
