What you'll do

• Assist with pre-planning, schedule updates, workflow coordination, and performance reporting
• review submittals and maintain project logs
• help process RFIs, potential change orders, purchase orders, and meeting documentation
• support closeout materials
• coordinate with field leadership on materials and logistics
• assist with vendor and subcontractor pricing and deliveries
• prepare analytical reports and administrative documents
• support safe work practices.
