What you'll do

• Greet members and visitors
• provide product and policy information in person, by phone, and electronically
• open accounts and services and assist with paperwork
• process and disburse loan requests
• respond to complaints or route complex issues
• promote products based on member needs
• process account closures and attempt to retain members
• enter new check-card data
• make courtesy calls to new members.
