The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, with 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shifts on a rotating four-on, two-off schedule. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. Accel at Crystal Park provides long-term and rehabilitative care. The CNA provides personal care and supports residents’ independence while assisting the charge nurse and contributing to resident care plans. The role includes observing and documenting residents’ conditions and helping maintain a safe, clean environment.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care consistent with community policy and resident safety and comfort
• promote resident independence
• report resident status to the supervising charge nurse
• contribute information to care plans and implement them as directed
• observe and document resident conditions
• follow safe lifting and transfer procedures
• keep equipment clean and functional
• perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed.
